Why Video Blog About a House?
By the way, my name is Marco, and I run an Internet Video production house, www.reelbiography.com In the process of selling my own house, I’m tempted to go for a ‘twofer. I’m curious to know the following: If you happen to be selling your house, would you consider sending us a short video clip of you and your home and we’ll post it for free. Want to see if this could be a new way for sellers to meet buyers via an Internet Video Blogging Marketplace. Here’s a clip of my wife, Stacey, explaining the idea and our own house in CT. We’re going to blog until we sell this baby!!

I think this could be an amazing tool for buyers looking on their own, or with their broker.

Marian, Tim - thank you for your comments! I think that videoblogging is a great opportunity to start a dialogue between sellers and potential buyers, because it allows great flexibility in what -and how- someone can present a property.

Love the first video. And, I love the concept of having an agent and owner talk about the home on a videoblog. So much better than the corporate videos available through Coldwell Banker, etc.
The typical seller won’t be able to make such a good video! If I had your talent, I’d be able to sell anything, but sadly, that’s not the case.

Aloha, this is great. I have been videoblogging about real estate also and it is so addicting. Where you trying to figure it out last year? It is so much easier now. I want to send you a video of our house for sale, but we are brokers and do it for a living. Let me know if you still want me to make you a video. Also you should direct people to freevlog.org, to learn.
